Aeries Parent Portal and Online Registration / DP Online Welcome Packet Info - One-Stop Shopping for all of your registration questions

Greetings Charger Families,
There are three separate steps that parents need to complete before Charger Check-in (Thursday August 11 for 10,11,12 graders; Friday, August 19 for incoming 9th graders). 
STEP ONE: Complete Annual Address Verification through DPHS Registrar's Office. Address Verification English    Spanish
STEP TWO: Aeries Annual Registration Process: Attached to the bottom of this message are directions and information (in English and in Spanish) for accessing the Aeries Parent Portal and completing the Annual Registration Process. Note: You must have a current parent email address on file in our Aeries system. If you do not have a parent email on file, please contact DPHS at: 805-968-2541 and one of our office staff will add it to the system.
If you do have a parent email on file in Aeries, but you are experiencing trouble accessing the online registration, please click here to reset your password.  You may need to refresh your computer after doing so.  If you are still experiencing trouble after resetting your password, or can access the registration but cannot complete it, please call the SBUSD Helpline at (805) 963-4338  x4357. At the end of the process, you will print out your student's Emergency Card which he or she will bring to Charger Check-in.  (Espanol)
STEP THREE: DPHS Online Welcome Packet: We are excited to announce the launch of our DPHS Welcome Back website, which contains information about everything DPHS.  We ask that each family fill out the form linked below in order to complete your student's preparation for a successful year at DPHS.  This DP specific form will provide all the information we need to prepare to welcome your child to DP. Please complete it prior to Charger Check-In or Freshman Orientation.

Should you need assistance with either of these steps, please attend one of our registration support nights that take place from 5-8pm in the DPHS Library on: Monday, 8/8, Wednesday 8/10, or Thursday, 8/18. 
Finally, thank you in advance for filling out the Meal Applications mailed to you recently from the SBUSD Food Services Department.  Should you not qualify for free or reduced lunch, please put your student(s) name(s) on the form and simply write "Do Not Qualify" or "DNQ".  All information will be kept confidential and the form must be submitted to Dos Pueblos, or to the SBUSD Food Services Department before October 3rd.
Checklist to complete before Charger Check-in:
  1. Annual Address Verification through DPHS Registrar's office.
  2. Aeries Online Registration / Print out and sign Emergency Card and have your student bring this with the completed Meal Application to Charger Check-in
  3. Complete DPHS Online Welcome Packet
