The Senior Class invites all seniors and their families to purchase a Lavender Dendrobium Lei from the Hawaiian Lei Company for your Graduation Ceremony.

Lei pick up will be on June 9th starting at 3:45pm at the lower field where graduates are staged prior to the ceremony. Please note this area is for students and staff only, we ask that families stay in the stadium.

Last Day to order is May 14, 2026

Proceeds go towards Senior Activities

Graduation 2027 will be on Wednesday, June 9th and we traditionally have a few student speakers at this ceremony. Therefore we are inviting all graduating seniors to submit a speech to potentially be considered for the 2027 graduation ceremony.

The following are guidelines to help you craft your graduation speech:

1. Speeches should be ~3 minutes long.

2. They must be your original work.

3. Speeches should be typed and double spaced.

• Speeches must be emailed to Ian Perry(iperry@sbunified.org).

• You will receive confirmation that your speech was received and further information for next steps.

• Tryouts will be held. Date TBD

Graduation practice is MANDATORY. It is expected that graduates are on time, follow the directions given and will not leave the rehearsal until dismissed. Work schedules, Dr.'s appointments and other obligations will not be excused. In case of illness, please contact Mr. Perry prior to practice. Failure to attend graduation practice will terminate students participation in the ceremony.

Graduation ceremony begins at 5pm

Gates to the stadium will open at 4pm

There are no tickets for graduation and no limit to the number of guests that a senior can invite. 

There is no reserved seating for graduation

Accessible seating and parking is available by completing the accessible seating/parking form that will be messaged out to families closer to the date of graduation.
